Len Brennan is the best contractor my husband and I have ever dealt with. (My husband was in construction management in the army, if that helps) Len came in at a very affordable price on our projects, and came every day on time and completed the job earlier than expected. Len made it clear to us that he wants us to be happy with his work and he will take payment after the job is done. He is a very personable guy which makes doing business with him pleasant, and you can feel good about not hiring a contractor or business who can and will rip you off because they are a big name company. Len answers questions right away on text and on the phone, and compared to other contractors we have dealt with, he doesn’t try to make a situation worse than it is.
We had Brennan Contractors renovate our two bathrooms recently. We obtained 5 estimates and Brennan was the only contractor who called back the same day. Their estimate was highly competitive and ended up being very close to our final cost. Having never been through a bathroom renovation, we had many, many questions. Len helped us with every step of the renovations. He gave us a variety of options and offered recommendations throughout the entire process. He was very flexible when we made changes to our plans. He checked with us every day, making sure we were satisfied and making the appropriate changes if we weren’t. Len even offered to pick up fixtures and materials we had ordered and went out of his way to make the whole process as simple and straightforward as possible. Len suggested several improvements to our plans and literally wasn’t happy until we were happy. We’ll be doing more renovations in the near future and will be using Brennan Contractors for this work.
Len just completed our basement refresh and we couldn’t be happier. He was attentive and responsive - every day we went over what would happen next and what to expect in the coming days. Len is the guy who calls you back. He excels at problem solving and, more importantly, at listening. Len’s fees are extremely reasonable and he has a great rapport with his helper, Bryan, and with workers from other trades. We are so excited to start using our basement again instead of avoiding it. Len just completed the refinishing of our basement after it had to be unfinished to repair for water damages. It was such a great experience from start to finish.
